PRODUCT LINE
Controlled Manufacturing for RF Power Amplifier Modules
From precision assembly and RF tuning to burn-in testing and protective packaging, each production stage follows defined process controls to support stable performance, repeatable quality, and reliable delivery for OEM and ODM programs.
01 Copper Base Preparation & Assembly Precision-machined copper heat-spreader plates are inspected and fitted into the aluminum housing. Key mechanical parts, RF connectors, circuit components, and fastening hardware are then assembled according to the approved production drawing. |
02 Soldering & Wire Bonding RF components and interconnections are soldered under controlled process conditions. Fine wire connections are completed with precision equipment, followed by a visual check to confirm joint quality, spacing, and connection integrity. |
03 RF Tuning & Cleaning Each open module is connected to calibrated RF test instruments for initial tuning and parameter adjustment. After tuning, the assembly is carefully cleaned to remove flux residue, particles, and other contaminants before sealing. |
04 Spacer Installation & Adhesive Dispensing Insulating spacer strips are positioned to maintain electrical isolation and mechanical stability. Controlled adhesive or thermal compound dispensing helps secure critical areas and supports consistent heat transfer during operation. |
05 Cover Installation & Burn-In Aging The enclosure cover is installed and fastened to the specified torque. Completed modules then undergo powered burn-in aging under controlled conditions to identify early-life failures and verify stable continuous operation. |
06 Final Inspection & Performance Testing Finished modules receive dimensional, appearance, electrical, and RF performance checks. Test items may include frequency coverage, output power, gain, current, control response, and thermal behavior against the approved specification. |
07 Protective Packaging & Shipment Qualified modules are placed in anti-static protection and custom foam inserts. Inner and outer cartons are checked for secure fit before shipment, helping protect connectors, housings, and internal assemblies throughout transportation. |
Process controls and test items can be adjusted to project specifications and OEM/ODM requirements.
