TZ‑KPGAN‑30W is a compact metal‑enclosed RF power amplifier built for industrial system integration. It delivers typical 30W output power with peak power up to 50W across 300‑6300 MHz. This lightweight module weighs only 360g with dimension 13062.924.5 mm. Thermal dissipation is realized through the module bottom base, requiring forced‑air cooling or conductive heat sink for stable long‑time running.
