b.Feedthrough capacitor: From top to bottom, they are SRC_SW (internal signal source switch 5V/3.3V on, floating or grounded signal source off), PS_SW (internal and external signal source switch, low level is the built-in source, high level Level 5V/3.3V switch to external source)
